Filing a DMCA Notice
To file a takedown request, send an email to contact@boooks.ai with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work — describe or link to the original work you claim is being infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material — provide the URL(s) on boooks.ai where the infringing content is located.
- Your contact information — your name, email address, and phone number.
- A statement of good faith — "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- A statement of accuracy — "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."
- Your signature — physical or electronic.
What Happens Next
- We will review your notice and remove or disable access to the infringing content promptly.
- We will notify the user who uploaded the content.
- The user may file a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was in error.
- Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice by emailing contact@boooks.ai with:
- Identification of the removed material and its former location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake.
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.
